For most systems, our plans include two scheduled on-site visits to power-cycle all equipment, update firmware and drivers as appropriate, check for any malfunctioning equipment or other problems, and test, clean and document the system. We will even swap out the batteries in your remotes for you! This procedure GREATLY reduces the likelihood of experiencing a problem. By having the proper hardware in place, we can do all of this remotely. That means we are able to correct issues like a non-functioning cable box without even having to come to your home! Keeping your firmware and drivers up to date adds to maintaining, sometimes even increasing your performance. It also helps to insure seamless compatibility between all of the components in your system.
